La escuela es un lugar donde hay muchas posibilidades para hacer el bien para los NNA desde la entrada, la infraestructura, las sonrisas, los saludos, las normas de convivencia, la vida en el aula, las preguntas que hacemos a los estudiantes, el acompa\u00f1amiento psicoafectivo, la escucha, el recreo, la formaci\u00f3n de madres y padres, la relaci\u00f3n con la comunidad, las redes sociales, el ejemplo del personal\u2026 Para ello, se necesitan educadores con salarios dignos y acompa\u00f1ados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Van llegando los ni\u00f1os. Algunos bostezan, pero a la mayor\u00eda se les ve sonrientes: si les saludan responden el saludo; cuando van encontrando a los compa\u00f1eros, abren sus brazos en se\u00f1al de alegr\u00eda. Me encanta ver las entradas a las escuelas, sobre todo a los peque\u00f1os que vienen tomados de la mano de sus padres o madres (ahora se ven m\u00e1s pap\u00e1s que antes y eso nos alegra).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hemos tenido la bendici\u00f3n de pasar varios d\u00edas en el \u00abSan Francisco de As\u00eds\u00bb, v\u00eda El Junquito, colegio afiliado a la AVEC, con unas religiosas admirables y tambi\u00e9n con un equipo de maestros extraordinarios. Desde la puerta nos anima el lugar, no s\u00f3lo por el cuidado y limpieza de todo el plantel, sino incluso por las carteleras tan hermosas, creativas, con lindos mensajes llamando a la convivencia pac\u00edfica como: \u00abHazme un instrumento de tu paz\u00bb. Al ver esos ambientes me dec\u00eda que las escuelas son lugares donde se puede hacer el bien en todo momento y en todos los lugares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al momento de entrar<\/strong> a la instituci\u00f3n, es importante sonre\u00edr al saludar, desarrollar actividades atractivas de recibimiento antes de entrar a los salones, dar gracias porque est\u00e1n ah\u00ed (no olvidemos que en Venezuela hay muchos chamos que est\u00e1n fuera de las aulas, es decir, abandonaron sus estudios), tener la posibilidad de saludar a sus compa\u00f1eros\u2026 Recordemos que la escuela no es solo para aprender a pensar, leer, escribir, sumar y restar, tambi\u00e9n y, esto es s\u00faper importante, aprender a convivir, lo cual no se sustituye con tabletas y tener un buen internet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayuda mucho <strong>aplicar la pedagog\u00eda de la pregunta<\/strong>: \u00bfqu\u00e9 preguntar cada ma\u00f1ana? \u00bfc\u00f3mo est\u00e1n por tu casa?, \u00bfc\u00f3mo est\u00e1n tus padres?, \u00bfalguno est\u00e1 fuera del pa\u00eds? Acompa\u00f1amiento sicoafectivo, que supone conocer los entornos familiares de los estudiantes. \u00bfSon ni\u00f1os dejados atr\u00e1s?, \u00bfcu\u00e1ntos de ellos tenemos en cada aula? Esos chamos necesitan cari\u00f1o y atenci\u00f3n extra, al igual que los estudiantes con alguna condici\u00f3n especial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El ambiente de las aulas<\/strong>. Clases animadas, creativas. Ejercicios de relaci\u00f3n para comenzar y relajaci\u00f3n para despu\u00e9s del receso\u2026 Ejercicios de gimnasia cerebral, que conecta el cerebro izquierdo con el cerebro derecho, favoreciendo la atenci\u00f3n y la creatividad, \u00a1adem\u00e1s, son muy divertidos! Partir de los intereses de los ni\u00f1os, abrir nuevas \u00abventanas\u00bb. Estimular su curiosidad: \u00abHaced a los ni\u00f1os preguntes\u00bb, dec\u00eda Sim\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aprender a ver la realidad<\/strong> con los dos ojos, los problemas y las luces. Sembrar esperanza difundiendo las cosas buenas que se hacen. Eso se puede hacer desde la escuela. Hay que hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Promover organizaciones de alumnos<\/strong>\u00a0para desarrollar sus talentos y formar ciudadanos que construyan el bien com\u00fan. Ense\u00f1arles a resolver conflictos por v\u00eda pac\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Incorporar a las madres en los consejos educativos<\/strong>, esas instancias que pueden ser una gran aliada del equipo de directivos del colegio para la formaci\u00f3n de los padres y representantes, previniendo y reduciendo todo tipo de violencia escolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No olvidemos <strong>el trabajo con la comunidad<\/strong> para enfrentar y solucionar problemas comunes. Arborizar espacios cercanos; por ejemplo, desarrollar actividades culturales que promuevan la convivencia pac\u00edfica\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En fin, se puede hacer el bien en todo momento. Para ello, se requieren clases los 5 d\u00edas de la semana y educadores con salarios dignos, tal como lo dice el art\u00edculo 91 de la CRBV: todo trabajador y trabajadora deben ganar lo suficiente para satisfacer sus necesidades b\u00e1sicas y las de su familia. Hay que recordarlo siempre.
