dial\u00f3gica, reflexiva, participativa (estudiantes, docentes, familia) y concebida como un proceso que aporta informaci\u00f3n valiosa para comprender lo que ocurre en el aula y en el centro educativo y planear acciones de mejora.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n tiene implicaciones legales, dado que est\u00e1 condicionada por disposiciones, que la inspiran y la regulan: Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, Ley Org\u00e1nica de Educaci\u00f3n (LOE), Reglamento de la LOE, los programas de las \u00e1reas de formaci\u00f3n y el Manual de Convivencia y de Acuerdos Comunitarios.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" nuevo a\u00f1o escolar o una unidad de aprendizaje es necesario realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n diagn\u00f3stica que contemple, entre otros aspectos, el clima emocional de la clase, los ritmos y canales de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, los conocimientos, las habilidades y las actitudes previas, las necesidades e intereses de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, las expectativas y posibilidades del curso, las caracter\u00edsticas de los padres y representantes, la cultura escolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante los procesos de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje se desarrolla la evaluaci\u00f3n formativa o de proceso, que debe retroalimentar constantemente al docente y a cada estudiante para poder regular y ajustar lo que sea necesario, y as\u00ed garantizar los aprendizajes deseados, que se presentan a modo de resumen, en escala alfab\u00e9tica o num\u00e9rica, en la evaluaci\u00f3n sumativa, final o de resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video nuestra pr\u00e1ctica educativa?<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfUtilizamos la evaluaci\u00f3n como una herramienta para motivar y acompa\u00f1ar el aprendizaje de nuestros educandos, o la empleamos como arma para amenazar y castigar?<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfNos consideramos infalibles o permitimos la cr\u00edtica constructiva de nuestros estudiantes, representantes y colegas?<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfSomos sensibles a las realidades y retos que deben asumir nuestros estudiantes y prestamos atenci\u00f3n a sus necesidades e intereses?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nuestra pr\u00e1ctica evaluativa debe garantizar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La participaci\u00f3n activa y protag\u00f3nica de los estudiantes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La interrelaci\u00f3n entre los pares, en un ambiente de respeto y valoraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La libre expresi\u00f3n de las ideas y el debate de las mismas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reflexi\u00f3n individual y colectiva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cr\u00edtica y la autocr\u00edtica, profunda y sincera, para consolidar los aprendizajes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El respeto a las diferencias individuales y condiciones especiales.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El desarrollo de las competencias previstas, que deben ser expresadas a los estudiantes y conversadas con ellos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El manejo y el desarrollo de las inteligencias m\u00faltiples.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El compromiso permanente con el estudio y la formaci\u00f3n integral.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:
