R\u00e1pidamente pregunt\u00e9 de d\u00f3nde ven\u00eda&nbsp; el \u201ctesoro\u201d y un se\u00f1or me indic\u00f3 d\u00f3nde estaba la cola que me&nbsp; convertir\u00eda en caf\u00e9- habiente.&nbsp; <em>\u201cNo se equivoque, hay otra para el aceite\u201d,<\/em> advirti\u00f3 mi informante. Llegu\u00e9 a mi lugar y me sorprendi\u00f3 ver un soldado con arma larga al principio de la cola. Sosten\u00eda el arma entre sus manos, como listo para cualquier ataque. Me sent\u00ed mal, muy mal; eran las 5 de la tarde y no observaba a ninguna persona en&nbsp; el establecimiento en actitud de estar en una zona de combate.<\/p>\n<p>Hace unos d\u00edas en el distribuidor de Santa Fe, Caracas, cont\u00e9 60 funcionarios \u2013creo que eran m\u00e1s- todos visiblemente armados, tambi\u00e9n hab\u00edan muchas motos. Mir\u00e9 alrededor a ver d\u00f3nde estaba el enemigo que ameritaba tanta fuerza.&nbsp; \u00a1No encontr\u00e9 nada! \u00bfEran de la &nbsp;Guardia Nacional?, \u00bfPolic\u00eda Nacional Bolivariana? No pude distinguir el&nbsp; emblema en los uniformes. Record\u00e9 la queja de varias amigas m\u00edas que viven en &nbsp;barrios populares de distintas zonas del pa\u00eds, quienes se sienten indefensas frente a la delincuencia armada y violenta. &nbsp;Me acord\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n de la reci\u00e9n salida Resoluci\u00f3n 8610. Volv\u00ed a sentir esa impresi\u00f3n de tener arrugado el coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hace ya tiempo que la militarizaci\u00f3n se ha ido apropiando de la cotidianidad de los venezolanos. Uniformados con armas largas en motos circulando&nbsp; a cualquier hora por cualquier v\u00eda, sin que sepamos de alguna declaraci\u00f3n de guerra por parte de otros pa\u00edses, sin que tengamos desastres naturales que ameriten el control militar de los ciudadanos. Por &nbsp;haber trabajado en algunas comunidades fronterizas con Colombia y con Brasil he visto muchos&nbsp; militares y s\u00e9 que en esas zonas &nbsp;son \u201cla primera\u201d y, a veces, la \u00fanica autoridad. Ayud\u00e9 a fundar la escuela de Fe y Alegr\u00eda en Cojoro,&nbsp; Alta Guajira.&nbsp; Durante 11 a\u00f1os viaj\u00e9 a Manakr\u00fc,&nbsp; vecina a Santa Elena de Uair\u00e9n, a pocos kil\u00f3metros de Brasil. Pero una cosa es verlos en la frontera y otra en cualquier calle de Caracas o dentro de un&nbsp; supermercado.<\/p>\n<p>Los civiles no somos militares. Hay diferencia en las normas que rigen las relaciones interpersonales de los militares y las que nos rigen a nosotros, los civiles, en una sociedad democr\u00e1tica. Usted no se imaginar\u00eda un soldado haciendo una broma a su superior o salud\u00e1ndole con un <em>\u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 hubo?, \u00bfc\u00f3mo est\u00e1 todo?&nbsp; Le ha ca\u00eddo bien la dieta,&nbsp; mi capit\u00e1n\u201d,<\/em> o comentarle que el hijo se le enferm\u00f3 de chikungunya y no consigue acetaminof\u00e9n pedi\u00e1trico. En cambio entre vecinos esa conversaci\u00f3n ser\u00eda com\u00fan. Dir\u00e1&nbsp; alg\u00fan lector que estoy banalizando el tema, pero nada de eso, al contrario, &nbsp;profundizo&nbsp; el tema. Un cuartel es un cuartel y la sociedad &nbsp;democr\u00e1tica es otra cosa, no funciona como un cuartel. Llevo d\u00e9cadas, m\u00e1s que la edad de algunos ministros, ense\u00f1ando a maestros a escuchar a los estudiantes, ayudando a madres y a padres a resolver los conflictos en sus hogares por la v\u00eda del di\u00e1logo y la comprensi\u00f3n; llevo a\u00f1os propiciando \u201cmesas redondas\u201d para tomar decisiones en comunidades populares. Nada de \u201cl\u00ednea de mando\u201d que no admite distintos puntos de vista. A un soldado no se le ense\u00f1e a discernir, porque no se aceptan &nbsp;&nbsp;discusiones en esas relaciones<em>. \u201c\u00a1S\u00ed, se\u00f1or!\u201d<\/em> es la respuesta, se est\u00e9 o no de acuerdo. No es as\u00ed en la sociedad compuesta por actores civiles. &nbsp;No hay elecciones en un cuartel para elegir al General, en cambio en una sociedad democr\u00e1tica es en las urnas donde se toman esas decisiones.<\/p>\n<p>Respeto la persona del militar, como respeto a todas las personas, pero quiero vivir en una Venezuela regida por civiles, con mesas redondas para &nbsp;&nbsp;hablar al mismo nivel con los otros, con posibilidad de desacuerdos y\u2026 el verde que deseo ver en las calles es el de las hojas de los \u00e1rboles, que acogen generosamente a las aves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong><em>Luisa Pernalete<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por&nbsp; feliz casualidad, estaba en un supermercado caraque\u00f1o y&nbsp; empec\u00e9 a ver gente con paquetes de caf\u00e9 en la mano.
