Si pinto un cuadro, escribo, escucho un audio o una canci\u00f3n, esto puede hacerme expresar una emoci\u00f3n sin que necesariamente tenga que hablar expl\u00edcitamente de ella.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El modelo PERMA de Martin Seligman (2011) es un marco de la psicolog\u00eda positiva que define el bienestar a trav\u00e9s de cinco elementos medibles e interconectados para una vida plena: P (Positive Emotion), E (Engagement), R (Relationships), M (Meaning) y A (Achievement).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reprimir emociones (miedo, tristeza) es in\u00fatil y da\u00f1ino. La conciencia emocional es el primer paso. Daniel Goleman nos ense\u00f1a que las emociones son mensajes. No son buenas ni malas; son solo informaci\u00f3n que debemos decodificar para actuar mejor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u200dTomando en cuenta que vivimos nuestras propias emociones, debemos identificar aquellas actividades que nos permitan gestionarlas, como la pintura, escuchar m\u00fasica o ver pel\u00edculas. Buscar algo que se conecte con nosotros y que, al mismo tiempo, nos genere bienestar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada vez que nuestras emociones se desborden, podemos evaluarlas con esa misma mirada emp\u00e1tica con la que observamos a otros. Debemos gestionarlas a medida que vamos reconociendo nuestros miedos, tristezas y alegr\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La resiliencia, seg\u00fan Edith Grotberg (1995), es la capacidad de afrontar, adaptarse y salir fortalecido de la adversidad. No se trata de no caer, sino de saber levantarse y a veces estar abajo mientras vamos armando la escalera que nos haga segura la salida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Martin Seligman, padre de la psicolog\u00eda positiva, insiste en la importancia de ver los eventos negativos como temporales y espec\u00edficos, no como permanentes y globales que definen toda nuestra vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para superar la ausencia de un ser querido, es crucial entender que el duelo es un proceso personal que atraviesa diversas etapas que debemos vivir plenamente, sin intentar saltarlas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Debemos nutrirnos de esos recuerdos que residen en cada uno de nosotros sobre lo que pudimos compartir con esa persona, honrando su legado. Finalmente, se aprende a vivir con la ausencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aprender a decir \u00abno\u00bb es un proceso complejo porque, a veces, estamos limitados por nuestras creencias y normas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando decimos \u00abno\u00bb, tendemos a sufrir de \u201csobreempat\u00eda\u201d, o hiperempat\u00eda. Esto significa intentar ir mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de solo entender a la persona; por ejemplo, intentar sobreprotegerla, incluso si nuestro propio bienestar est\u00e1 en juego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Somos seres sociales. La conexi\u00f3n y el apoyo social son pilares de la resiliencia. Pedir ayuda, hablar de lo que sentimos, no es un signo de debilidad, es el mayor indicador de que estamos siendo responsables con nuestra salud mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una red de apoyo es aquella que nos contiene en los momentos de mayor adversidad y bienestar. Entretejerla depende de cada uno de nosotros. Pero tambi\u00e9n es necesario descubrir qui\u00e9nes deben o no estar en nuestras vidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Construir redes de apoyo genuinas y aut\u00e9nticas nunca es sencillo, porque en el camino nos vamos a encontrar con decepciones.
