En este a\u00f1o 2016 nuevamente Beatriz Borjas viaj\u00f3 Haiti en el mes de noviembre con la intenci\u00f3n no solamente de visitar los centros educativos situados en Noreste del pa\u00eds sino de facilitar un taller sobre gesti\u00f3n directiva a los directores, directoras y equipos pedag\u00f3gicos de las oficinas regionales del pa\u00eds. Durante tres d\u00edas los gestores del movimiento a lo largo y ancho del pa\u00eds tuvieron la oportunidad de conocerse, de intercambiar experiencias e inquietudes as\u00ed como  profundizar en los principios de la gesti\u00f3n en el marco de la Educaci\u00f3n Popular: un ambiente escolar c\u00e1lido y alegre, el car\u00e1cter pedag\u00f3gico de la gesti\u00f3n, la promoci\u00f3n comunitaria y la promoci\u00f3n del di\u00e1logo y el consenso entre las personas que hacen vida en el centro educativo. As\u00ed mismo se reflexion\u00f3 sobre las tres claves de un cambio en la gesti\u00f3n de un centro: autonom\u00eda, participaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n centrada en las pr\u00e1cticas cotidianas.
