Mar\u00eda M\u00e9ndez.<\/p>\n<p>En la jornada de formaci\u00f3n se lograron alcanzar satisfactoriamente los siguientes objetivos planteados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal capacitado en el manejo pleno de la metodolog\u00eda para elaborar m\u00f3dulos bajo enfoque por competencia, desde el dise\u00f1o, la did\u00e1ctica y la evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Dise\u00f1o completo del curso de seguridad y salud laboral, con dos m\u00f3dulos programados, donde el primero est\u00e1 completamente estructurado y el segundo \u00a0en proceso.<\/li>\n<li>Se cuenta con las competencias del oficio, adem\u00e1s de las competencias fundamentales trabajadas desde desarrollo humano y razonamiento l\u00f3gico num\u00e9rico.<\/li>\n<li>Manejo de una metodolog\u00eda de planificaci\u00f3n conjunta entre los dos facilitadores, el instructor\u00a0 y el acompa\u00f1ante pedag\u00f3gico, recogidas en gu\u00edas de aprendizajes.<\/li>\n<li>Tanto la instructora como los facilitadores brindaron herramientas pedag\u00f3gicas para desarrollar y retroalimentar el programa a partir de la experiencia vivida desde su primera implementaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las actividades iniciar\u00e1n ad<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-944\" src=\"http:\/\/centrodeformacion.com.ve\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/DSC012341-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"DSC012341\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrodeformacion.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/DSC012341-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrodeformacion.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/DSC012341-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/centrodeformacion.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/DSC012341.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>ministrativamente el lunes 8 de septiembre, y acad\u00e9micamente el Lunes 22 de septiembre, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos que Dios nos siga acompa\u00f1ando en este camino y nos permita formar y ayudar a muchos j\u00f3venes a mejorar y cambiar su calidad de vida. Fe y Alegr\u00eda contribuye as\u00ed a la transformaci\u00f3n socio-econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds, y, como dice el Padre V\u00e9laz, que \u201cesta chispa llegue a incendio.
